LEOPARDÉ - FAQs
Why is Leopardé a limited edition?
Leopardé is released as a limited edition of 210 individually numbered pieces to mark the brand’s first watch offering in India.
As an inaugural timepiece, Leopardé is intentionally crafted in limited numbers to preserve exclusivity, intention, and collectability.
Once the edition is complete, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
What movement does Leopardé use?
Leopardé is powered by a Japanese quartz movement (PC21 series), selected for its accuracy, reliability, and long-term performance.
With proper care, the movement typically operates for 10–12 years, with battery (cell) replacement recommended every 2–3 years, depending on usage.
What warranty does Leopardé come with?
Leopardé includes a one-year warranty on the quartz movement only, covering manufacturing defects related to the movement under normal use.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, external damage, glass, plating, stones, strap, clasp, or damage caused by misuse or impact.
What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?
Due to the limited and individually numbered nature of Leopardé, returns and exchanges are not offered.
Refunds are considered only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
To be eligible:
- Notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery
- Provide a single, continuous, uncut unboxing video
(from sealed package to watch reveal) - The watch must be unused and in original condition
All refund requests are subject to satisfactory inspection by our quality team.
Requests without an uncut unboxing video cannot be processed.
