At Evoria, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and are committed to delivering dependable after-sales support. The following outlines our warranty and service terms.
🛡️ Warranty Coverage

- Manufacturing defects
- Movement-related issues under normal usage conditions
🔄 Resolution
Upon verification of a valid claim, Evoria may, at its discretion:
- Repair the timepiece
- Replace defective components
- Replace the timepiece entirely
- Issue a refund where repair or replacement is not feasible
❌ Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear consistent with regular use
- Accidental damage, drops, or impact
- Water damage resulting from improper usage
- Wear of straps, plating, glass, or battery
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, or extreme environmental conditions
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised service providers
🔋 Battery
The battery is a consumable component and is not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
📩 Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact:

- Order reference number
- Clear images or video of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
🚚 Service & Logistics
- Servicing and logistics are complimentary within the first year of ownership
- After one year, standard servicing and logistics charges will apply
📦 Packaging & Transit
- Timepieces must be returned in their original packaging or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit
- The same packaging will be used for return shipment after servicing
- Evoria shall not be held liable for damage incurred during transit due to inadequate or improper packaging
⚖️ Governing Law & Liability
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with all disputes subject to Indian jurisdiction
- Evoria reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of such changes
- Evoria shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, government actions, or logistical disruptions
