📦 Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 72 hours (3 days) from the time of delivery.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage incurred during transit
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required for Claims)
To ensure a fair and transparent process, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
The video must clearly capture:
- The sealed outer packaging
- The complete unboxing process
- The condition of the watch upon opening
📌 Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and unworn
- All original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation must be intact
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
All requests are subject to inspection and approval by Evoria or its authorized service partners.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference (we strive to present most accurate images/videos; refer to our brand film near the watch specification and catalogue)
We encourage customers to request a live video consultation to view the watch in real time through a video call before making a purchase.
🌟 Limited Edition Watches
For limited edition or individually numbered timepieces:
- Returns or exchanges are permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage
- Once worn, registered, or used, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
🔄 Resolution (Within 72-Hour Window)
For approved requests within the return period:
- The product may be replaced or refunded
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

After the 72-hour return window, all concerns will be addressed under the applicable warranty policy.
Each Evoria watch includes a 1–2 year limited warranty, depending on the model.
